Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily delivery and collection routes for the company's fleet, considering factors like time windows, vehicle capacity, and traffic conditions.
• Utilize transport management software (TMS) to schedule, track, and manage all aspects of the transportation process.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions, route plans, and necessary updates.
• Monitor and analyze transport performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Respond to and resolve any logistical challenges or disruptions that may arise, such as delays or vehicle issues.
• Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or a similar role within the transport industry.
• Proficiency in using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and route optimization software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
