Remote Urgent Care Advanced Practitioner – OOH & Triage

HUC is seeking Experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (Nurses/Parramedics with V300 Non-medical Prescribing) for urgent and unscheduled care across OOH and CAS pathways. Provide autonomous assessments, triage, and management with remote and face-to-face consultations. In a multidisciplinary team, deliver safe, patient-centred care and contribute to service development.
