Remote UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively in a remote setting .
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
