About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist to enhance their digital logistics infrastructure. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other related technologies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our client's warehouse operations through effective system utilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) .
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WMS-related issues.
- Develop and implement system enhancements and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze system data to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on WMS usage.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Systems Specialist , WMS Administrator, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of WMS software, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
