Remote Well Integrity Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Remote Well Integrity Engineer to join their dynamic team, working entirely from a home-based office. You will be responsible for developing and implementing well integrity management systems, performing risk assessments, and overseeing monitoring programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and failure analyses related to well integrity.
• Oversee and interpret data from well integrity monitoring programs and inspections.
• Develop and approve technical procedures for well intervention and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to operational teams on well integrity matters.
• Review and approve well design and construction documentation for integrity assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in well integrity engineering within the Oil & Gas sector .
• Strong understanding of well construction, completions, and intervention principles.
• Proficiency with well integrity software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage a remote workload effectively and communicate clearly with dispersed teams near Cambridge .
