Remote Workday HCM Lead – UK, BAU & Governance

Lucas Kennedy Group is partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Workday HCM Lead on a permanent, remote-enabled basis for candidates based in the UK. You will oversee ongoing Workday implementation, governance and BAU leadership across HCM modules.

Responsibilities include Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment and Performance configuration, data integrity, reporting, security roles, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT. A strategic, hands-on leader is required.
