Remote Yoga Instructor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a certified and engaging Remote Yoga Instructor to lead virtual yoga classes for a growing online community based in Cardiff . This position offers the flexibility to work from home, delivering high-quality yoga sessions via live streaming and pre-recorded content. You will be responsible for creating diverse class plans suitable for various levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive online environment, and encouraging participants to achieve their wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of yoga philosophy and practice, with excellent virtual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging live and pre-recorded yoga classes for various skill levels online.
• Develop creative and effective yoga sequences tailored to participant needs and feedback.
• Engage with participants through online platforms, answering questions and providing personalized guidance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive energy during all virtual sessions.
• Continuously update knowledge of yoga practices, techniques, and online teaching methodologies.
• Promote classes and engage with the online community to foster growth and retention.

Requirements

• Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200 or equivalent) with demonstrable teaching experience.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing and streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube Live).
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, alignment, and yoga philosophy .
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate students remotely.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable space for recording/streaming.
• Experience in creating engaging digital content is a plus.
