Renal Dialysis Nurse Team Leader | Flexible Hours

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Nurse Team Leader for the Lister Hemodialysis Unit in Stevenage. The role combines clinical leadership with the management of nursing staff delivering Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) in a busy nephrology unit.

You will deputize for the unit manager when required and lead a team to maintain high standards of patient care in line with NHS policies and the trust's values.
