Job Description
East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Nurse Team Leader to provide clinical and managerial leadership within the renal multidisciplinary team, specializing in care for patients requiring Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) in hemodialysis.
The post holder will deputize for the unit manager, promote high standards of professional practice, and support delivery of evidence-based care while managing resources and staff.
