Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Works Planning Administrator to join Nottingham City Council. This is a temporary contract working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate daily workloads for operatives and contractors.
* Manage appointments, diaries and work schedules to maximise efficiency.
* Reallocate jobs and respond to emergency and follow-on repairs as priorities change.
* Maintain accurate records using scheduling and property management systems.
* Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors and colleagues to provide updates and resolve scheduling queries.
* Monitor work progress and ensure service standards and deadlines are met.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination or administrative role.
* Strong diary management experience within a busy, high-volume environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
