Repairs & Asset Lifecycle Coordinator

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the PAAM team within our Homes Division. You will support the Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering strategies for voids, planned and statutory maintenance, and compliance.

You will own reactive repairs across PAAM properties, ensuring value for money and safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in repairs coordination, excellent IT and organisational skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
