Location: North West London
Salary: 17 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in North West London , with the opportunity to become permanent.

The Role

As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
• Allocating jobs to operatives and contractors
• Managing engineers' diaries and workloads
• Liaising with residents, operatives and internal teams
• Responding to queries and providing updates on repairs
• Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within required timescales
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Prioritising urgent and emergency repairs where required

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within repairs planning, scheduling or property maintenance , ideally within social housing or a similar environment.

You will be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team on a temp-to-perm basis.
