Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing
Location: East Kent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000-£46,000 + vehicle & fuel card
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering Kent.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive repairs who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering a high-quality service to residents.
The Role
- Lead and support a team of trade operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs.
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Carry out property inspections and monitor the quality of completed works.
- Work closely with planning and customer service teams to ensure an excellent resident experience.
- Promote health and safety, manage performance and support the development of your team.
About You
- Previous experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using IT systems to manage workloads and performance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A relevant trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
