Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into new chemical synthesis routes, reaction engineering, and separation technologies.
• Design and perform laboratory experiments, meticulously documenting results and analyses.
• Develop theoretical models and simulations to understand and predict process behavior.
• Collaborate with external research institutions and academic partners on joint projects.
• Contribute to patent applications and technical publications.
• Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of new technologies for potential commercialization.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in chemical research and development, with a strong publication record or significant patent contributions.
• Expertise in at least one area such as catalysis, materials science, electrochemistry, or computational fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
