Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and applied research into new chemical processes and materials science.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments, including synthesis, characterization, and performance testing.
• Develop and optimize reaction conditions, catalyst systems, and separation methods.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to scientific publications and patents.
• Collaborate with industrial partners to explore the commercial viability of developed technologies.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and contribute to project reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in experimental research and development, preferably in areas such as catalysis, materials science, or sustainable chemistry.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment, analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, chromatography), and data analysis tools.
• Strong theoretical understanding of chemical kinetics , thermodynamics, and transport phenomena.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in addressing research challenges.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration.
