Research Engineer: From Prototypes to Production-Scale ML

Few&Far is seeking a Research Engineer to own the path from research to production in a fast-moving YC-backed AI startup. You will take research prototypes through production-ready deployment, distill models, build data pipelines, and own inference at scale while collaborating closely with the CEO and Head of Research.

You will work on end-to-end solutions, shipping ML in a startup context with strong Python implementation, and a focus on delivering measurable performance improvements.
