Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute immunological assays, including flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISpot, and cell-based assays.
- Investigate the mechanisms of immune cell activation, differentiation, and function in response to various stimuli.
- Isolate and culture primary immune cells from human and animal sources.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, contributing to project strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare detailed research reports, contribute to publications, and present findings at internal meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different research disciplines.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
- 2-4 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in immunology research.
- Strong hands-on experience with a variety of immunological techniques, particularly flow cytometry.
- Knowledge of adaptive and innate immune system components and their interactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot experimental issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
