About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join their dynamic immunology research team in Liverpool . You will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing complex data, and contributing to the overall scientific strategy of the group. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex experiments involving cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, and other immunological assays to investigate immune cell function and signaling.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical software, drawing conclusions and formulating hypotheses.
- Contribute to the design of new research projects and the optimization of existing protocols.
- Prepare detailed scientific reports, research papers for publication, and present findings at internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists to advance research goals in immunology and related therapeutic areas.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience with a range of immunological techniques, including flow cytometry and cytokine analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
