About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Research Scientist with a specialization in Immunology to join their globally recognized research institute, working fully remotely. This role focuses on investigating the complex mechanisms of the immune system in the context of infectious diseases and autoimmune disorders. You will design and execute experimental studies, analyze immunological data, and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Design and perform experiments to investigate immune cell function, cytokine signaling, and inflammatory pathways.
- Utilize a range of immunological techniques, including flow cytometry, ELISA, Western blotting, and cell-based assays.
- Analyze and interpret complex immunological data, drawing meaningful conclusions relevant to disease pathogenesis.
- Contribute to the development of new immunological assays and research methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with other researchers and PIs via virtual platforms to advance project goals.
- Prepare data for presentations, publications, and grant applications.
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology , Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-doctoral research experience with a strong focus on immunology.
- Hands-on experience with key immunological techniques and instrumentation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- A strong understanding of current immunological research and therapeutic approaches.
