Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to manage daily reservations and group bookings for Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5. You will monitor room availability across channels, maintain accurate booking records, and support occupancy and revenue targets through upselling where appropriate.

The role requires experience in hotel reservations or front office, strong communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
