Reserving Actuary

Overview

We are working with a global risk carrier who are seeking a nearly / newly qualified reserving actuary to join their team in London.

Responsibilities

This is a broad role offering exposure to both strategic reserving oversight and regulatory reporting, with regular interaction across Finance, Risk, Pricing and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities will include reserving reviews and analysis, deep-dives, performance monitoring, business planning, along with more.

Qualifications

We are looking to speak with reserving actuaries who are either nearly or newly qualified, have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset, and preferably someone with an understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks.
