Resident Care & Engagement Assistant

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our Cowdray Club Care Home in Scotland for 33 hours per week. You will be at the frontline of resident engagement, helping with personal care, meals, and meaningful activities to support wellbeing and independence.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred care plans, while building trusting relationships with residents and their families. Training and progression opportunities are provided.
