Resident Care Nurse — Compassionate, Collaborative Care

Hutchinson Care in Antrim is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to deliver nursing care to residents, including administering medication, carrying out treatments and therapies, and developing individual care plans with residents and families.

You will monitor residents' health, liaise with doctors and other professionals, maintain accurate records, attend training, and work as part of a supportive team across the Homes while ensuring dignity, confidentiality, and high standards of care.
