Your Place in London is seeking a Housing Engagement Worker to lead resident engagement across housing services, complaints and consumer standards. You will gather feedback, run sessions, and share insights with managers to drive service improvements.

You will engage residents, including those with barriers to participation, and support reports, updates and accessible communications to evidence change.
