Resident Experience Liaison

Hamberley Milngavie Manor is seeking a Customer Liaison Coordinator to guide potential residents and their families through the journey, coordinating with the Home Manager and home team. You will handle enquiries and assist with show-rounds, ensuring a welcoming, empathetic experience.

Working with Sales, Marketing and Well-being teams, you will promote the home at events and through social media, building relationships within the local community and supporting a luxury care brand.
