Resident Liaison: Energy Efficiency Projects

Green Funding Solutions is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support energy efficiency projects across Bournemouth and Winchester. You will be the main contact for residents, coordinate site visits, and work with housing associations and contractors to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role requires strong communication, organising and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting vulnerable residents and an ability to translate technical information into accessible language.
