Resident Liaison Officer – Kitchens & Bathrooms

• Contract: L&Q - Kitchen and Bathrooms

• Salary: Up to £34,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Fuel Card

A leading planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme for L&Q across East London.

The Role

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.

• Carry out resident visits and provide updates on programmes and access.

• Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints.

• Arrange and maintain access to properties.

• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and the client.

• Support residents throughout the refurbishment process and minimise disruption.

• Maintain accurate records and help ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

About You

• Previous RLO experience within planned maintenance, social housing or refurbishment.

• Kitchen and bathroom experience is desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations.

• Organised, professional and proactive.

• Full UK driving licence required.

• Up to £34,000 salary
