Job Description
I'm looking for a Resident Liaison Officer for an onsite role working with residents living within Social Housing properties. This role will be focussing on decarb and retrofit works covering Worcestershire - and will involve travel. A company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one.
Duties of the Resident Liaison Officer will include:
- Commuicating with tenants & booking in works
- Attending site visits with Site Manager and the Team
- Dealing with any issues arising with residentsI'm looking to speak to a Resident Liaison Officer that has:
Qualifications
- Previous social housing experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
In return, the Resident Liaison Officer will receive:
- £18 per hour
- Company Van and Fuel Card
