Resident Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator

Altogether Care Llp is seeking an Activity Coordinator at Sherborne House, Sherborne Road, Yeovil to promote wellbeing, independence and social engagement for residents in a caring home environment.

The role involves delivering a varied activities programme, organizing group and one-to-one sessions, and working closely with care staff to reflect residents' hobbies and needs. This is a 24-hour per week role with a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule and no Thursday or weekend work.
