Resident Wellbeing & Activities Lead

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Droitwich Mews Care Home in Droitwich. You will plan and deliver a program of activities to support residents’ physical, emotional and social well-being, while upholding privacy, dignity and choice.

You’ll work with a supportive team, identify residents’ life histories, and develop monthly plans and weekly overviews. DBS check and UK work eligibility are required.
