About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Residential Architect to focus on creating beautiful and functional homes for their clients in Nottingham . This role involves managing projects from initial client consultations through to the completion of construction, with a strong emphasis on bespoke residential design. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning, practical living spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for residential architecture and a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet client aspirations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke new homes, extensions, and renovations for private clients.
• Manage projects from initial concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design and construction.
• Prepare planning applications and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Liaise with clients, builders, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with experience in the residential sector.
• Proven portfolio of high-quality residential design projects.
• Strong understanding of planning policy and building regulations for residential developments.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver within budget and timeline.
