About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and client-focused Residential Architect to join their established, fully remote practice. This role involves designing and managing a diverse range of high-quality residential projects, from bespoke individual homes to multi-unit developments. You will work closely with clients from initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring their vision is realised with innovative and practical design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various residential projects, including concept development, planning applications, and detailed design.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, aspirations, and budget for their homes.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations to effectively communicate design proposals.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and technical standards.
• Manage projects through to construction, liaising with contractors and consultants as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio of residential design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and relevant visualization software.
• Good understanding of UK planning laws and building regulations pertaining to residential development.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and experience in managing projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a fully remote team structure.
