About the Role

You will manage the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, from bespoke individual homes to larger housing developments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for residential properties.
• Manage projects from initial client consultation through to construction completion.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, planning policies, and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and visualisations for client presentations.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with demonstrable experience in residential design .
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning procedures for housing.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing successful residential projects is highly desirable.
