About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Care Manager to lead their team in Bristol . Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the care team, providing supervision, training, and performance reviews.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant CQC regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Care Management or senior leadership role within a residential care setting.
• Relevant qualification, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.
