Residential Care Officer: Safeguarding Looked-After Youth

Hull City Council is seeking a Care Officer to provide support to children and young people in residential care. You will work under supervision, promoting welfare, safeguarding, and coordinating care plans with multi-agency teams to ensure smooth admissions and discharges.
