Residential Care Support Worker – Empower Lives (40h)

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Crumlin and Newport is seeking Support Workers to provide practical and emotional support within our residential care homes. The role is 40 hours per week, with days and nights rostered to cover the service needs.

You will work across Crumlin and Newport, helping people to live the life they wish and to pursue their individual goals. We welcome applicants with experience supporting vulnerable people.
