Residential Child Care Worker Growth & Training

Lancashire County Council is hiring Residential Child Care Workers for homes in Chorley & Preston, Central Lancashire. You will work in a children's home caring for 11–17 year olds, eating and sleeping at the home, and performing basic household tasks as part of a dedicated team.

The role involves 1:1 work with children, liaising with social workers, schools, police and health staff to meet each child’s needs. It operates on a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
