Residential Childcare Key Worker - Shape Young Lives

Resicare Alliance is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children with complex needs. You will promote safety, stability and wellbeing while building positive relationships and supporting daily routines.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) pays £13.50 per hour. You will act as a key worker, follow care plans and develop through the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, with opportunities to grow and mentor colleagues.
