We are looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our team on a day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term placements for the right candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Residential Support Worker:

Supporting young people with their daily routines and activities Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Building trusting and supportive relationships with young people Helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing home environment Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development Working flexible shifts, including waking nights Long-term opportunities available for the right person ✅ We’d Love to Hear from You If You:

Have experience working with children or young people in a residential, care or support setting
