Residential Childcare Worker — Transforming Young Lives

West Sussex County Council is recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker at High Trees in Crawley to provide a nurturing, safe environment for children and young people with complex needs. You will support individual plans, routines, school attendance and developing independence, including mealtimes and family time.

The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or commitment to complete within two years).
