Residential Support Worker – Children's Residential Care
Must have NVQ Level 3

Doncaster
£13.50 per hour
36–48 hours per week
New 4-bed children's residential home
We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers for a new children's home opening in Doncaster.
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualification relevant to Children's Residential Care
- Previous experience working within a children's residential setting
- Comfortable working 12-hour day and night shifts
- A genuine commitment to supporting young people
- Driving licence desirable but NOT essential
The role:
You’ll be part of a new staff team supporting young people within a residential setting, helping provide a safe, stable and supportive home environment.
There are opportunities for 36–48 hour contracts depending on your availability.
