Senior Residential Support Worker

to join a children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to helping young people achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities

Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people

Building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing

Supporting education, independence and life skills development

Safeguarding young people and promoting positive behaviour

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Participating in sleep-in duties as part of the rota

Requirements

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience within children's residential care

Experience supporting young people with EBD

Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Pattern

8:00am - 11:30pm

Sleep-in

7:00am - 11:30pm

Sleep-in

Morning handover

2 on / 4 off rota

Salary

Residential Children's Support Worker:

£37,310 per annum

Senior Residential Support Worker:

£39,390 per annum
