Residential Conveyancer Location: Bridgend / Flexible Office Locations Available Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday TSR Legal are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm with their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to join a supportive and professional environment where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while being part of a successful and collaborative team. The successful candidate will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients and working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders. The Role You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Experience as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload A proactive approach with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills Whats on Offer Competitive salary reflective of experience Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunity to join a respected and established property team Genuine autonomy and ownership of your caseload Long-term career development opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that values quality, client service and professional development.
