The Role

• 
  
• Join a large, established Residential Conveyancing department with genuine opportunities for career progression.

Work alongside an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal within a collaborative team structure designed to develop your skills.

Progress residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.

Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction.

Review contracts, title documentation, mortgage offers and property searches.

Raise enquiries and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing.

Prepare reports on title and all associated client documentation.

Deal with lender requirements, redemption statements and Certificates of Title.

Prepare completion statements, invoices and undertakings.

Coordinate exchange, completion and post-completion formalities.

Maintain accurate case management records while delivering exceptional client care.

Confident handling a wide range of residential property transactions.
