Residential Enabling Support Worker

Shaftesbury is seeking an Enabling Support Worker for Kenway Court in Southend-on-Sea. You will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person served and the care plan, and maintain accurate records.

You may administer personal care and medication, and cover sleep-in sessions with an extra £60 per sleep-in. Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home offering nursing support for complex needs.
