Residential Fire Remediation Project Manager - Central London

White Space Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers with fire remediation expertise for Central London assignments. You will oversee residential cladding and fire remediation projects, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep programs on track.

A strong understanding of Building Safety Regulations and JCT contract administration is preferred, with opportunities to progress toward RICS/CIOB chartership and to work on future new-build residential schemes.
