About the Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Residential Lettings Manager to lead their busy lettings division in Leeds . This key role involves managing a team of lettings negotiators, overseeing the entire rental process from property instruction to move-in, and driving business growth through exceptional client service and market expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all lettings regulations and maximising portfolio occupancy and rental income. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the lettings team, setting targets and providing coaching and motivation to achieve them.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and grow the property portfolio in Leeds .
• Oversee the entire lettings process, including property sourcing, valuations, viewings, referencing, and contract negotiation.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant lettings legislation, including deposit protection and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Manage and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the tenancy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential lettings, with at least 3 years in a management or senior negotiator role.
• Strong understanding of the Leeds lettings market and current legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive business development and achieve challenging targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
