Residential Mortgage Finance Associate: Underwriting

Santander is seeking an Associate in its Residential Mortgage Finance team. You will analyze collateral, review underwriting guidelines, and support underwriting, structuring, and ongoing management of mortgage financing arrangements.

You will prepare credit memoranda, monitor portfolio performance, and coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams to drive sound financing decisions.
