RESICARE ALLIANCE is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide overnight care and safeguarding for children in our residential home in Sutton Coldfield. You will ensure safety, comfort, and support throughout the night, maintaining a calm environment until morning.

The role involves welfare checks, responding to safeguarding concerns, accurate reporting, and teamwork with day staff, families, and professionals.
