Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by proactively identifying and approaching potential vendors.
• Conduct professional and accurate property valuations , providing expert advice on market conditions.
• Present the agency's services and marketing strategies to potential clients in a compelling manner.
• Secure property instructions and manage the initial onboarding process for new listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing excellent customer service throughout the instruction process.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of properties to market.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property sales or lettings, ideally with a focus on listing properties .
• Strong understanding of the local Norwich property market .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
